Master Guide Kirael through the mediumship of Kahu Fred Sterling
The following article is the third in a series of excerpts from the recently published book on the ancient world of Lemuria. Through the mediumship of Kahu Fred Sterling, Master Guide Kirael delivers an unprecedented view of the Lemurian evolutionary process on Mother Earth.
Please note that Master Guide Kirael's use of the word "weave" refers to any pattern of thought that has been created by a level of consciousness. So, for example, our Earth plane consists of a number of weaves, including the mineral weave, the plant weave, the animal weave, the insect weave, and of course the weave of human. Similarly, a human being comprises four bodies, or weaves: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

KIRAEL: Good evening. 'Tis at the bequest of me medium that I further develop what we call the Lemurian beings—not only in how they were brought to be and how they looked—but also much of their beliefs and how they unfolded.
I might begin by telling you that their history, the history of this place that you call Lemuria, was separated into three defined categories. They would be aligned much with what you call the Truth, the Trust and the Passion, but they were called First Life, Common Time and the Transition.
First Life
First Life was a time when the Creator saw fit to allow the Lemurian being to simply walk the lands of this great continent. In great depths, my friends, they would learn. They would learn quickly because these beings were not like, oh, shall we say, the caveman of your current histories. These beings were highly evolved before they even took part in this great experience called Lemuria.
As an example, in First Life, these energetic patterns were allowed the freedom to roam the entire continent of Lemuria. Oftentimes they were sparse in their own reality, for the Creator wanted to indulge its energy by developing the entire continent all at one time. The different etheric groups oftentimes didn't even know that other beings existed on this particular continent. So vast was it that they could roam for year after year and never come across anyone of their own species.
The Creator in its infinite wisdom saw to it that they had no special needs, that everything was supplied for them in the most beautiful manner, and remember, me friends, the only thing they needed was to fulfill the experience of being human and to breathe and eat and evolve.
Eating was not a problem because they lived off the land—off the plant weave, if you will. This same plant weave would also offer them the medicines—not to heal disease because they were literally disease-free but they might touch a plant that might cause them to itch or something like that. They had developed an antibodyfrom the same plant weave. Oh, they may come across some being from the animal weave, and they may have had a territorial dispute and one might be bitten or something along those lines. These medicines would cause the healing in the most dynamic of ways.
In this First Life they would also become intricately aware of the different levels of consciousness—for instance, the mineral weave and how they interacted with it. You know and I know that even in today's light the crystal is considered to be the elders of the mineral weave. The Lemurians found this out very quickly in life and they found that they could use the mineral weave, including the crystals, for great awarenesses. So it's relatively easy to see that there was a balance that was woven through the entirety of their growth.
There was also something else going on in what we call the First Life, for, you see, the Creator in its infinite wisdom had allowed for beings of other dimensions to cross into this world called Lemuria. They would stay away from the Lemurian in the beginning stages because theirs was just to observe. Many of the beings even predated the Lemurian.
One such was a group of energy patterns who inhabited the very western shores of what is considered to be Lemuria, where you might now see the Japan islands. These beings were known as the Elven world. Now you'd not want to confuse the Elven world with that of the elfs because the Elven world is an ancient society of beings that has been using dimensional travel for literally eons of time. In fact, it can't even be measured.
But this Elven society that lived on the western shores, again, I remind you, was not here to interact with the Lemurian in the beginning stages. In fact, this interaction wouldn't happen until somewhere during the Common Time. The Elven society simply observed and learned. They learned that which they may bring to us now as you read this book.
You will see as time unfolds the Elven society will interact with your human world. They will cross the dimensions again, my friends, for they have come with wonderment, they have come with great wisdom, and they will be in service to you. Oh, in the beginning stages you may only be able to use your mediums, but sooner or later they will cross the dimensions and come to you, instead of you going to them.
Aligning Particles to See
Let us consider now these Lemurian beings. Let us first talk of the senses, for they, unlike you in the human world of now, were not limited to the five senses. They had six senses, but even those that they used were used in a much different way than you use yours today. For instance, in their sight, they had a very special way of looking. In simple terms, they could project by particle value. They could simply align particles to follow one another. In literal sense, they could use their vision to travel down a road or a pathway, and as long as the particles would align, they would be able to have a visual experience. Their sight could travel literally miles.
Even in the very beginning of this most beautiful sight, with those still understanding how to connect the particles, as long as one particle could be connected to the next, there was no limit as to how far one could see. They chose to use this in the most beautiful way. They would use it to chart their course, chart the most beautiful path that they could take, making sure that they stayed away from high cliffs or untraversed waters. They could follow a pathway by these particles and know just exactly where they wanted to go.
Now, through the particle-ization, it couldn't bring you every vision of every particle, yet always enough so you knew exactly what you wanted to do and how you wanted to do it. But you would then travel on these particles, you would follow these particle pathways until you came to a space, and there you would begin to unfold that particular part of the journey. The sight was limitless in that sense of the word, my friends.
Another great factor they used in their unfolding visions was they would wait until the darkness fell upon the land, and then they would lay down and they would study the stars. They would not only study them, they would map them in their minds. They would cause a deep, deep vibration of each star and how it interacted with the rest of the universe. This became their night travels.
But just as well, at any given time, if they were ever to be confused in the middle of a day and feeling lost and didn't know where to go next, they would simply wait 'til the night would fall upon them, and they would study the stars, and in this they would find the high journey. They would never ever be lost because the sight was the total beingness of the Lemurian.
Their Hearing Was Magnificent
Let us talk of their hearing, if you will. They heard in a much different manner than that of what we call the current-day human. They listened with such great intensity of what we consider to be the streams, the weaves, if you will, of sound themselves. These sounds were as simple as that of a heartbeat, for the Lemurians knew each other in their own etheric beingness; they knew each other by the sound of their heart.
The closer they became to another being of Lemuria, the more they would understand this heartbeat, until it can be said that they could tell someone coming from a long distance away simply by first hearing the foot steps vibrate through Mother Earth, and then as they would listen and focus on those foot steps, they could begin to hear the heartbeat. And they would know if it would be a stranger or if it would be someone of their own loving kind, but always could they tell what was approaching them by the simplicity of the sounds that they made.
Their hearing was magnificent. It was said that it was so acute they could actually hear a leaf falling through the air, for it would disrupt the patterns of the air itself, and in this they would continue to hone this experience called hearing.
Smelling the Emotions
Another sense that they fully used was that of smell. Now, smell, me friends, was so much different in those times than you would use it in the now. It was said that they used smell to determine the emotional balance of another being. They could literally smell the possibility of someone being a little bit upset or off balance. They could smell the energy before it even began to take place.
So sensitive was this particular sense, my friends, that they could even sense, through the smell, when someone was telling a story and they left out part of it or exaggerated part of it. It was as though the chemicals in the body began to shift, and the being who was listening and using their own smelling reality could begin to tell when that person had left the very center of where they were going.
The physical makeup of the body at that particular time was useful because it had extended nasal passages. The sinus tubes were wider and more fully aware of all of that was going on around them. Though the Lemurian in all of its beauty looked much like you do in this particular time, their inside design was used to bring forth the highest of vibration.
Sensitive Palettes
Another sense that they fully depended on was the sense of taste, for to taste simply did not mean something that they put in your mouth, in their mouth. To taste was to simply let the energies of, say, a plant to pass over the palette, over the tongue. They would not put it in their mouth to taste it. They would simply open their mouth and breathe across it, and as they inhaled, they would be able to tell each and every particle of what the plant was made of, and in that they always found the very best they could for ingestion, the very best they could to help them continue their evolution.
It became well known that if they wanted to know the weather patterns that they would simply taste the air around them. The air would give off a certain element of energy, and they would know if it was about to bring moisture—rains as you call it—or whether they'd be in for another dry day.
So it becomes evident, me friends, that they didn't use the mouth so much for speaking. What they used it for was determining what was going on around them. When they inhaled through the nose, this is usually was when they were using the smell energy or that of the prana breathing. But when they wanted to detect something, they would simply inhale through the mouth, and this would begin to give them a flavor of their immediate surroundings.
Reading Objects with Touch
Let us talk of touch or the sense of feeling. In the first age in the Lemurian times, they used touch for something much different than you would in your current day. They used touch to identify the histories of different things that they came across. If they wanted to know the age of a tree, they would simply very gently lay just the very tips of their fingers on the tree. As they did this, they would be able to count the circles within the tree, giving them an idea of how long this tree had existed.
If they picked up something of the mineral weave, they would let their hands touch it. They would hold it in their hands and they would feel the vibration to a very deep awareness, and they would know then how to best use this as an implement. If it was of the mineral weave, for instance, they would know whether it would make a good cutting tool or if it would make a good healing stone. It would all be done with what they call the feel.
The Etheric Sense
Me friends, that is the five senses that you use. Another sense that they had was called the etheric sense. The etheric sense is something that they used much in what you would consider today as the world of the magi. Here, all of the understandings of the upper realms would be evident. Here they would converse in such a manner with the other levels of consciousness available to them.
They learned in the very beginning of this thing we call the first stage, the First Life, that they were not here alone. They were reminded of the great beings of other worlds that they could contact. In this etheric sense was the real true understanding of the weaves, the different weaves that it took to make up the whole of the life that they were experiencing. They knew that everything broke down in one sense of the word to a most beautiful understanding: That if they simply looked at the weaves within a certain reality, they could begin to tell everything they needed to know.
They could travel these weaves; they could sense in this etheric light all of the things that they needed to do. Oh, by today's standards they would be seen as highly evolved in this one particular sense. Because it was their world, they knew that they must stitch this weave together, they must intertwine the weave, they must bring the colors of light, the sounds of experience. They must bring it all together in this one sense.
And today, my friends, as you look upon this thing we call the Great Shift, this is something you most assuredly will be returning to. You will open this sixth sense, as you now call it. You will open it to know that it isn't just for the few, that you can contain and understand the different levels of consciousness simply by understanding the etheric weave.
All of these senses that you detect in the world today and back in the day of the Lemurian, they all are meant to come to one complete understanding. They are all meant to be woven to the one reality that you call thought. Each one of the senses will bring you to what we consider to be a weave within the weave. Each one of the senses will play a part. And when each and every human being begins to use all of the six senses, you will find your thought patterns developing the way you desire them as opposed to the chaotic way they have been in the past.
In soon times to come, even here on the present Earth, you'll come to understand the great weave that it takes to create a thought. You'll become clearer on how all of the senses weave together in order that they may cause this thought to have life.
Let me give you an example of a young Lemurian lad walking across this beautiful earthen plane called Lemuria. He came upon this thing that you call a flower. He looked upon this flower with his sense of sight. Not only did he look upon it, but he took in every petal and every leaf. He looked at the size and all of the beauty that it created; he looked at the colors that were refined and defined, and every part of them that could be become his own understanding.
He would listen to that particular flower. He would listen so closely that it was said that he could actually hear it growing or he could hear it decaying, knowing it was on the other side of the life span. But it was always there and he would listen.
He would also open up to that to what we call the smelling sense. He would smell the flower from a distance and notice how he got closer how each and every inhale was different. He would breathe in through his mouth and he would taste the life of this flower. He would begin to understand its most perfect value, what it was made of.
And finally, my friends, he would reach down and touch it. He would touch the petals of it. He would look to the texture. He would know the life this plant was to live. In all of that he would be using his etheric sense to gather all those forces to create a thought, a thought that would pattern this flower.
You see, the Lemurian didn't have a problem, if you will, with something called memory. The Lemurians wove all their senses together with what we call the etheric sense. He would never wonder what that flower was again, for he knew it intimately.
He knew everything around him intimately. He knew the grass and the way it grew. He knew the trees and why they existed. He knew every petal of the flower because his was not a time to waste; his was a time to fulfill the journey, to start to create thought patterns that would exist for the betterment of his own experience.
The Lemurian beings themselves would age very, very slowly, especially in what you call the first time, the first light, because in that journey, my friends, their [lifespan] was extended beyond the imagination of the human world, for theirs was to gather up the whole of all the forces that existed. And they would gather them into their thought systems; they would use these thoughts to pattern the fullness of the life that they desired.
They did not leave anything to what you might consider to be chaotic unfolding. They would know everything before it began, and then they would unfold it exactly as they wanted it to be. They lived their life because of thought. They knew that thought was the full flavor of their journey.
As they would age, they would grow in stature. In fact, the average Lemurian would be any place from 7 to 9 feet in height. It wasn't so much that they wanted to be big, it was that they needed [the height] to get to the different levels of the plant weave. And so they would continue to stretch their thought patterns, and in those thought patterns create a longer life body.
It is said at one point, my friends, that the Lemurian being could weigh all of some 160, 170 pounds, and yet you would come to the greater understanding that they did not know weight as you do it today, for their bodies were trained through thought to be the exact specifications that they wanted them to be. They did not leave anything, as I said, to the chaotic nature of unfolding through others' thoughts. They defined their own thoughts. Their reality brought them to what they wanted to look like.
In today's day and age, you find yourself every now and then putting on poundage that you don't understand. Be remindful, my friends, that is just the fact that the body as it moves toward this Great Shift in Consciousness is seeking to in-lighten itself (that means become lighter inside). As it does that, being reminded of the Lemurian heritage, the mind tries to compensate by adding more weight to the body. You will find that this is only because you are not controlling the system called thought. You are not weaving all of the senses into it.
For instance, oftentimes the human world in today's age simply continues to eat even after they have filled the capacity of their stomach. They have developed a stomach over a period of time that will continue to expand and allow more energy or food to be placed within it. You can come to this great clarity very quickly, my friends, that when you've eaten more than the original stomach could hold, then you are then asking to have it set off in different parts of the body, as what you call fat. But through the six senses, you understand that you do not need that. The body is only being driven by a force that feels as though you must have more than you need.
And that was not the way of the Lemurian. The Lemurian only had what it needed at the particular time, for it never had a fear of coming to a time and space where it wouldn't find everything that it needed. It knew that by collectively using all six senses, it could bring itself through to the awareness to have the food, to have the clothing, to have whatever it needed at that particular time. It never had a doubt that it could create everything that it needed.
Imagine, if you will, my friends, the Lemurian being, even in the first age, still having the knowingness that they did not have lack in any place, any time, and they used the senses to develop everything that they needed. They did not depend on one another to bring forth their needs. Each being created through their own light the ability to have what they needed.
Believe me, my friends, this Great Shift of which I speak of is what you will return to. You will not need an abundance of food. You will need just the amount of food that nurtures a body to the perfected sight of which you have drawn it. You will know what size you want to be and you will be that size simply by defining the thought that takes to get it there.
In your world of understanding, you've become so aware that thought controls every particle of every being. That is not just you in the human world, my friends; it is within the weave of all consciousness. Thought is always at a different vibration but is never limited. You can always open the thought at the highest manner possible. Once you have understood the true reality of thought, then you'll begin to direct this thought, much like the Lemurian did in those early times in the first age.
